Return Process

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
